SlovenčinaDepartment of Wood Structures focuses on wood based structures and wood products for buildings, including structure design, production technology, structure statics, building physics, building and room acoustics and properties of building materials.

Graduates of the Department are demanded and are easily employable in various areas of wood processing and construction industry. It is also possible to continue in study studying at higher level in related fields of study.
Department staff
The D. staff is unique due to its specialization in wood structures considering different aspects. There are close connections between the D. and production companies under the SK Association of Wood Processors.
